Blue Steel – post workout – blueberries are full of antioxidants that help prevent muscle damage from intense workouts!!


1½ cups spinach

½ cup fresh basil

2 cups unsweetened coconut water

2 cups chopped mango

1 cup blueberries

2 Tbsp. chia seeds


Blend spinach, basil, and coconut water until smooth.

Add the mango, blueberries, and chia seeds and blend again!
