Group Exercise Instructor/Trainer:
Rhonda has been instructing fitness classes and training adults/children full time for the past eight years. She started leading group exercise classes in 1989 at a local gym in her community. Working out and keeping physical fit has been a priority on her daily schedule. She believes it promotes good health, helps with focus and eliminates stress in our lives.
The past eight years, she has worked at the YMCA of Concord, Center for Health Promotion for the Concord Hospital, private classes at local businesses, Creative Dance Workshop of Bow and private individual training.
She instructs for all levels of fitness in all her classes. These classes consist of Body Sculpting, Resistance Band Training, Interval Classes, Cardio Challenge, Pilates and Senior Strength.
Rhonda lives in Bow with her husband and two teenage boys. They enjoy their hockey, golf and active life.
